In general, you can also order multiple tours on our website. However, for large group bookings with 80+ people, feel free to reach out to us.

You will automatically receive documentation of your order once the payment is completed. If you need anything beyond that, feel free to reach out to us!

In case of extraordinary circumstances, we will of course refund your tour. Please contact us and explain your case.

In general, you have unlimited time to finish your walking tour. When you start a tour, you will get some start information and only once you confirm, the actual story and tour start. You can pause and resume your tour anytime you want.

You surely double-checked it already - it should rarely ever be the case that a start code fails to activate. If it still does not go through, just drop us a message. Additionally, our support team is notified automatically when a start code fails to activate multiple times - so we might just resolve your issue on the fly.

In general, the tours are suitable for all children from the age of 12 and above. However, there is no overly explicit content present in the tours, unless stated otherwise in the tour description.
